To ensure SmartSuite functions without interruption, it is necessary to whitelist it on your school's proxy server or content filtering system. Whitelisting SmartSuite ensures that:

Your school’s IT team manages network security and filtering settings. To ensure SmartSuite functions correctly, request that your IT team whitelist the required domain.

Step 2: Provide the Domain to Your IT Team

Ask your IT team to whitelist the following domain:

*.functionalsolutions.com.au

This ensures SmartSuite can communicate properly with its servers and provide full functionality.

Step 3: Verify Access

Once the domain is whitelisted:

1. Clear your browser cache and restart your device.

2. Try accessing SmartSuite and perform key actions (e.g., login, search for books, access reports).

3. If any issues persist, try accessing SmartSuite on a different network (e.g., mobile hotspot) to verify whether the problem is related to the school’s network.
